Is the ECB in trouble?

Is the ECB in trouble? Out of a survey recently (site (http://www.banksdaily.com/news/banks/8-of-90-EU-banks-have-flunked-stress-tests)) Eight of 90 of the European banks have flunked stress tests. There is also the looming problem of high debt rates surrounding Europe, including government bailouts. What do you think, is the ECB in trouble?

The Euro debt crisis has been going on for months. Greece is asking for more money, and all of the countries are in deep debt to one another. This isn't a problem that can be fixed overnight. It looks like inflation is the cure that they are shooting for.
