Zions Bank sued in Utah over fees from an issue over fees. "The lawsuit, which seeks class-action status, was filed this week by three law firms on behalf of Melinda Barlow, of Sandy, and other customers who were charged overdraft fees under policies that were in place between 2005 and 2010." Additionally the lawsuit included that the bank did not decline an overdraft to debit transactions when it was clear there was a problem. What do you think about this lawsuit? Is it just?
