Debt can be a good thing? I've heard when there's a lot of inflation such as right now that debt can actually be a good thing to hold. What do you think of this? In some cases can debt actually be a good thing to have?

There is good debt and bad debt. Good debt would be purchasing assets and investments that will yield you a return. Bad debt would be borrowing for liabilities that do not yield a return.

Derrick was right. Debt can be a good start to build a business. Just make sure you know what you are doing in order to avoid trouble in the future.
