What rates do you look for on a bank loan? For business and property? Just wondering what kind of bank loan rates are good right now. My credit score is decent but not amazing.

For the amount of $5000 for 5 years or 60 months duration the interest rate will be 6% per year and monthly payment will be $96.66.

Hi everyone,

Are there any small unknown banks that offers better interest rates than the big banks (like Boa, Wells Fargo, Aurora and so on)?
Did you heard of ay of those banks?

I'm eagerly waiting for your opinions.

Thanks!
